Frequently asked questions

Do I need equipment? What equipment do I need?

Minimal equipment needed. 80% of the workouts are done with no equipment at all. I suggest the following:

  • Small variety of dumbbells; ideally, a light, medium and heavy. If you're just getting started, 3-10 lbs or 5-15 lbs is perfect
  • At least 1 resistance band
  • Ankle/wrist weights such as Bala weights are optional


Keep in mind, you could still complete this program with NO EQUIPMENT at all. In this case, I would further encourage mind-to-muscle connection and gratitude for movement!

Will I really see results?

Physical results will always vary from person to person but if you prioritize a positive mindset throughout this program, you will 100% feel some type of transformation in your confidence, your energy and your overall strength!

Inside the program, I also provide additional ways to encourage fat loss and/or weight loss during the program.

Can I do the program again after I complete it once?

Absolutely!

  • You can repeat this program as many times as you like. I recommend increasing the intensity or the weight each time.
  • You can do this program when you're in between other programs and need a different type of reset.
  • You can also look to the workouts in this program when you're in need of a random workout while on vacation or traveling!

Are the workouts different?

Yes, yes, yes!

Every single workout is different but you do follow a weekly schedule to help build a routine that is structured to get results.

Are the workouts class-style or demonstration videos?

For this program, all 36 workouts are class-style! Rachele is behind the microphone doing the workout with you and guiding you along the way!

If you're like Rachele and want to listen to music at the same time, she suggests pulling up the workout video on 1 item (like a computer or phone) and listening to music via a different item (like your apple watch).
