After a sudden trip to the emergency room in my late twenties, my health journey began with a desire to take back control—but also feel free and have fun while doing it!

For years, I tried all the diets. All the exercise programs. All the gyms. All the challenges. All the 7-day detoxes. And while some stuff worked; nothing ever lasted.

It wasn't until my early 30s that I finally cracked the code.
And it wasn't because of some secret trick that I know, and you don't.
