Hey, I'm Rachele!

Dancing most of my life, from ages 3 to 22, I desperately wanted to stay active in my 20s but I could NOT find or stick to a routine.

On and off diets, in and out of gyms, constantly in pain and out of energy, I was crippled with bad habits, a disconnected mindset and so much confusion around food and exercise.

It wasn't until I ended up in the emergency room at 26 with a burst ovarian cyst, that I finally realized I am the only person in control of my own body and if I don't figure out a healthy, sustainable lifestyle now, then when?

From 26-29, I committed to health and wellness (or so I thought) — going Vegan, random workouts, running marathons, restrictive challenges. Some things worked, but nothing ever lasted.

And then, something clicked...

The year I turned 30, I lost a very stubborn 10 lbs fast
—almost 100% from fixing the thoughts in my mind. Nothing was restrictive. I felt vibrant, strong and more connected to my body than ever before. And since then I've continued to maintain and reshape 3.5 years later.

The shifts I made that year transformed my life in ways I had never imagined.

Now, I teach women how to apply the same methods so they can transform deeply and for the long-term, too!
