My Story

Dancing from ages 3 to 22, I desperately wanted to stay active in my 20s but I could NOT find or stick to a routine.

On and off diets, in and out of gyms, constantly in pain and out of energy, I was crippled with bad habits, a disconnected mindset and so much confusion around food and exercise.

It wasn't until I ended up in the emergency room at 26 with a burst ovarian cyst, that I finally realized I am the only person in control of my own body and if I don't figure out a healthy, sustainable lifestyle now, then when?

From 26-29, I committed to health and wellness (or so I thought) — going Vegan, random workouts, running marathons, restrictive challenges. Some things worked, but nothing ever lasted.

And then, something clicked... the year I turned 30.

I lost a stubborn 10 pounds — fast and effortlessly — almost entirely by shifting the thoughts in my mind. I finally stuck with my workouts. I started building a real relationship with food. And for the first time in years, I felt vibrant, strong, and deeply connected to my body.

The shifts I made that year changed everything. And since then, I’ve continued to build upon those foundations.

Now, I get to train women from the comfort of their own homes using my signature training method — RVF.

There are at-home fitness programs, ready—with your name on them.
