HEY, I'M RACHELE!

Fitness Trainer & Mindful Nutrition Coach — on a mission to rebuild women’s strength, energy, and connection to food, fitness, and their body.

Throughout my 20s, I could not stick to a routine. I was on and off diets, in and out of gyms, constantly searching for something that would finally "work."

But after ending up in the emergency room with a burst ovarian cyst at 26, I knew I had to take control of my lifestyle once and for all.

I tried everything over the next few years — programs, YouTube workouts, running marathons, detox challenges. Some things worked for a while, but nothing ever lasted.

It wasn’t until 3 years ago, when I was turning 30, that I finally cracked the code: I went on to build a deeper relationship with food and movement and shifted my goals entirely to focus on ENERGY vs. aesthetics.

That shift transformed my lifestyle, my body, and my relationship with myself in ways I had never imagined.

Now, I’ve dedicated my life’s work to helping women experience their own version of that same transformation.
