Frequently asked questions

Do I need equipment? What equipment do I need?

The programs calls for:

- A variety of dumbbells—light, medium, and heavy. Ideally a rack of 5-15 lbs or 5-25 lbs would work best!
- At least 1 resistance band
- Optional ankle/wrist weights such as Bala bangles

*You can still complete this program with NO EQUIPMENT at all* In this case, I would further encourage mind-to-muscle connection and gratitude for movement*

Will I see results?

Physical results will always vary from person to person but if you prioritize a positive mindset AND stay consistent AND finish the program all the way through, you will 100% feel some type of transformation in your confidence, your energy or your overall strength!

For this challenge, the holistic wellness tips/guidelines are going to help amplify your results as they focus on optimal recovery for the strength your building in your workouts!

Can I do the program again after I complete it once?

Absolutely!

You can repeat this program as many times as you like. Once you buy it, it's yours forever (and any upgrades made, you will get for free).

Are the workouts different?

For this challenge, we are focused on traditional progressive overload.

Therefore, the workouts will be the same each week for 4 weeks. It's your responsibility to add intensity when it feels right. 

Each workout video, you'll be guided through different ways to increase intensity whether that be increasing your weight, adding more reps or slight tweaks that make exercises more challenging!

Are the workouts class-style or demonstration videos?

Both!

For this program, all 6 workouts are provided to you in full-length, follow-along videos! So Rachele is behind the microphone doing the workout with you and guiding you along the way!

For your "Glutes" day—which is more of a traditional lifting workout—you're given a Weight Tracker, Workout Guide and Demo Videos so you can lift on your own if that's what you prefer.
